Returns and Exchanges

What Is The Refund/Exchange Policy?

We do not refund or do exchanges for opened item.

Returns for unopened items, the product must be shipped back at your own expense. Once the item has been received by us and check for damages, a refund will be issued.

If your item was damaged during shipping, please send a support ticket.


What Shipping Methods are Available?

Depending on shipping location, shipping methods will differ. All shipping will be done through Canada Post. To see options available for your location, visit the Cart page and available shipping methods for your location.

All shipping methods have tracking number.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Depending on location, season, and carrier. A delivery estimate will be provided when choosing your delivery method.

You can get a more accurate estimate once the order has been shipped and you receive a tracking number.


How Many Points Do I Have?

To see your points and your points history, click the points link when in your account settings.

Ordering And Payment

How Do I Track My Order?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a message in your email and a message in your order with the tracking number. If you can’t find your tracking number, contact support with your order number.

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

An account isn’t necessary for placing an order, but you will be missing out on the bonuses of membership. Members get faster checkouts, saved carts and wishlists, and earn points on every purchase. Best of all, it’s totally free. Learn more about membership perks here.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, open a ticket with support and cancel the order. Be sure to include the order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If it is unopened it can be shipped back at the customer’s expense. For more information, contact support.


I'm looking for XYZ and I can't find it.

Best place to start is always the search bar at the top.

The search bar will show “Live Results” as you are typing. “Live Results” shows a short list of the most relevant products relating to that search. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, try a “Deep Search”.

To perform a “Deep Search” click the magnifying glass icon (?) after you typed in your search. “Deep Search” searches more thoroughly through each product and returns a page of all matching results.

If you know Artist, Genre, Label, or any specifics of the products, you can try searching through the categories on the left side of the “Shop” page.

How often do you restock?

Restock time is different for each item depending on multiple factors like availability and demand. If you have inquiries about a specific product, please contact us.
