In 2007, her first album piles & pieces was released on the small Berlin label phonector, an album that she produced mostly herself, featuring both Cologne and Berlin musicians. In May 2010, Julia‘s second album 69.9 was released on the label Timezone. On this record, the singing is a bit more edgy, the guitar a bit more intensive, the lyrics, compositions and arrangements more experimental.
